By accessing or using JoinDMC.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
JoinDMC.club is an AI-powered hotel search and booking platform. We facilitate hotel searches and bookings through our booking API partner (LiteAPI).
3. Bookings & Payment
No charge is made at the time of booking. Payment is confirmed at checkout by the hotel. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Premium subscription fees are charged separately and verified server-side.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. You will see the cancellation policy before confirming a booking. Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to the hotel's policy.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We offer three user tiers: Guest, Logged In, and Premium, each with different features and pricing.
6. Limitation of Liability
JoinDMC.club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Hotel availability, pricing, and amenities are subject to change.
